Part 1: Workshop & Launch

Date & Time: Monday, October 13, 2025 | 10:00 AM - 12:30 PM

Location: JSOM 11.214/11.218
Details: The event kicks off with a mandatory primer workshop led by experts from Datacolor. This session will provide a comprehensive introduction to the AWS Bedrock platform, cover the hackathon rules and judging criteria, and offer technical guidance to ensure all teams are prepared for success. The official challenge topic will be revealed at the end of this workshop.

Details: The hackathon culminates in an exciting finale event.
- 3:30 PM - 5:30 PM: Finalist Presentations: The top 5 teams (announced on October 27 at 5:00 PM) will present their solutions live to a panel of judges and an audience of peers and industry professionals.
- 5:30 PM - 6:00 PM: Networking Break: Enjoy food and refreshments while connecting with fellow participants, judges, and our partners.
- 6:00 PM - 7:30 PM: Leadership Summit: Gain invaluable insights during a fireside chat and networking session with senior Data & AI leaders from AWS, Datacolor, and ALTCloud.
